- Providing to customers concurrent engineering inputs to ensure new product design requirements align with manufacturing requirements.
- Continuously work with the customer's product development team or customer's NPI team to improve quality, productivity and cost. Provide technical support for new product releases.
- Utilize analytical/ problem solving skills, data acquisition skills and use of statistical tools and techniques such as CP & CPK study for new product readiness.
- Hands on experience in product builds, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of NPI production process.
- Drive to solve difficult problems involving testing, planning and implementation of new parts.
- Develop and present test plans when problems arise, coordinate testing and data acquisition
- Candidates must possess a recognized Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication Engineering or equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience.
- Committed & aggressive individuals with strong personal interaction skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge to support production in Manufacturing & Testing of Quality Products.

- Able to coordinate and implement new product releases.
- Good knowledge in RF and design engineering will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate with good credential can be considered.
