Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Executive to support our product management team in driving the development and delivery of innovative products. In this role, you will assist in managing the product lifecycle, conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and work closely with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in product management and make a direct impact on product success.
Key responsibilities
- Product Support: Assist the product team with day-to-day tasks, such as product research, competitor analysis, and user feedback collection.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Product Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with various teams like technology, sales and business development to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.
- Customer Insights: Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to help inform product enhancements and new features.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking product performance metrics, gathering data, and generating reports to evaluate product success post-launch.
- Project Management Support: Help manage product timelines, track progress on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Operational Tasks: Assist with product-related operational tasks, such as product updates, release notes, and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech space.
- Experience with Web3 products such as dApps, DeFi protocols, NFTs, or blockchain platforms is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights from data.
- Familiarity with basic product management tools (e.g., Trello, Google Analytics, Figma, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with product development and management
- Basic understanding of crypto markets, tokenomics, and decentralized applications.
