Product Certification & Compliance Management:
- Responsible for the application, maintenance, and renewal of PMA certification for aerial work machinery and forklift in Malaysia.
- Research and interpret relevant Malaysian regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
- Communicate with local certification bodies, submit certification applications, and follow up on approval progress.
Technical Support & Audits:
- Assist the engineering and design teams in ensuring product designs meet the technical requirements for Malaysia PMA certification.
- Participate in product testing, audits, and on-site evaluations, providing technical support.
- Organize or participate in third-party certification tests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Documentation & Reporting Management:
- Prepare and submit technical documents, test reports, and compliance declarations required for certification.
- Establish and maintain product certification records to ensure document integrity and traceability.
- Provide regular reports on certification progress and updates on regulatory changes.
Cross-Department Coordination & Training:
- Collaborate closely with headquarters engineering, quality, legal, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth certification process.
- Provide PMA certification-related training for internal teams and partners to enhance compliance awareness.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Posses own transport and valid driving license.
