Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field from a recognised university.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing or a related field (experience inthe building materials or construction industry will be an added advantage).
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese
Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
Responsibility
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects by actively presenting and promoting our products.
Identify, plan, and propose opportunities to have our products specified in upcoming projects.
Work hand-in-hand with the customer account team to drive new business and revenue growth.
Organize, coordinate & participate impactful product roadshows, exhibitions, and industry events (e.g., Archidex, Asia Water) within the allocated budget.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Support the development of sales and marketing materials, technical proposals, and product presentations.
Align efforts with company goals, contributing to both immediate targets and long-term growth strategies.
