Product Lead - Trade or Crypto - Abudabi/Malaysia

We partner with leading crypto platforms, exchanges, and blockchain innovators to shape the future of digital assets. As part of our clients expansion, we are working with the leading crypto industry to identify Product Leaders who have experience in financial servicesorcryptoand we are hiring for two separate roles to cover each focus area.

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic Product Leaders to join our team, based in either Abu Dhabi or Malaysia. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across the crypto industry to define, prioritize, and deliver product roadmaps that meet the needs of institutional and retail clients. This recruitment covers two distinct positions: one focused on financial services products and the other on cryptonative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend product strategy for cryptofocused financial services offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business development teams.
• Translate market insights and regulatory requirements into product features.
• Own P&L metrics, user acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Mentor crossfunctional teams and foster a culture of innovation.

Desired Experience

• 7+ years in product management, with a strong background in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Proven track record launching digital asset platforms, trading tools, or blockchainbased products.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, custody solutions, and regulatory landscapes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location

Flexible arrangement the role can be based in our clients Abu Dhabi office or our Kuala Lumpur hub.
