Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they are aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Proactively explore and extract potential product solution in sync with local market business strategy.
- Design and implement integrated product solution under fast-pace working environment.
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the User/Payment scope, aligning it with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Initiating and collaborating with both regional and local team to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality and performance.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams in resolving customer escalations and complex user/payment scenarios.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and documentation to internal teams on user/payment processes and policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing the design, planning of product solution and product feature prioritization. Experience in UI/UX and Customer experience will be a plus point
- Equipped with e-commerce related products domain knowledge especially user experience and payment
- Demonstrated a tracked record for sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skill, clear logical thinking.
- Well organized time management skill and high quality task management skill.
- Self-motivated, eagerness to self-learning and exploring new challenge.
