PRODUCT MANAGER
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our client, Tech Evolution. Tech Evolution is a dynamic IT software services company specializing in software development, system integration, cloud computing, mobile and web applications, and enterprise IT consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Product Requirements Understanding & Solution Delivery: Gain a deep understanding of business and operational demands, translating abstract concepts into well-defined functional solutions and product frameworks.
- Cross-department Coordination & Project Management: Act as the project lead, aligning resources across product, engineering, design, operations, legal, and customer service teams.
- Requirements Management & Version Planning: Support the Product Director in planning versions and scheduling requirements based on business priorities.
- Collaboration with Operations: Analyze operational workflows, user journeys, and backend logic to address functional or event-related needs raised by the operations team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in Product Design, Information Management, Engineering, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end product project management experience, with hands-on leadership of product features from conception to launch.
- Proficient in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Sketch, flowchart tools).
- Familiar with platform-based product structures, operational activity configuration
- Fluent in Chinese and English
