BettingJobs is working with a well-established Asian iGaming group seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team based in Malaysia.
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our platform. You will work closely with developers, designers, marketing teams, customer service and compliance to enhance player engagement, troubleshoot product issues, and innovate within the gambling space.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Research and ideate product features aligned with business goals, user needs, and emerging trends in gaming.
- Feature Development: Define and prioritize new features, game mechanics, and promotional tools to improve retention, LTV, and user acquisition.
- User Experience & UI/UX: Collaborate with designers to create seamless and engaging gaming experiences for both crypto-native and traditional users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product launches, operations and iterations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze player behavior, transaction data, and game performance to optimize product features and promotional campaigns.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep our product ahead of the market.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, with experience launching products
- Experience in the iGaming/Online Casino is a big plus.
- Experience with Agile product development and lean startup principles.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience and vice-versa.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or related field.
