Position Overview

As the Billboard Product Manager in our Sales team, you will own both the product and its revenue performance. You will drive client acquisition, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure your products meet or exceed sales KPIs. Agency or media experience is preferred, equipping you with strong client-facing skills and the ability to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage clients for digital and static billboard products, achieving individual sales targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, creative, tech) to develop compelling product solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and product presentations for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 37 years of experience in product management, advertising, OOH, or media sales.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; BM is a plus.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Results-driven and comfortable being accountable for KPIs.

Salary & Commission

  • Basic salary provided.
