Position Overview
As the Billboard Product Manager in our Sales team, you will
own both the product and its revenue performance. You will drive client acquisition, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure your products meet or exceed sales KPIs. Agency or media experience is preferred, equipping you with strong client-facing skills and the ability to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage clients for digital and static billboard products, achieving individual sales targets.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, creative, tech) to develop compelling product solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and product presentations for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 37 years of experience in product management, advertising, OOH, or media sales.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; BM is a plus.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Results-driven and comfortable being accountable for KPIs.
Salary & Commission
