Product Manager, Credit Core Systems

Role Overview:

Own the product roadmap and delivery of our credit core systems (Decision Engine + LMS), driving the system-side implementation of BNPL, personal credit, and merchant financing products. You'll bridge business and technology to build scalable, externally-deployable credit-tech capabilities.

What You'll Do

1. Risk Decision Engine Product Development

• Lead product planning and feature design for the decision engine, covering rule engines, decision flow orchestration, model deployment, and strategy management
• Drive continuous iteration of the risk control system; author PRDs and prototypes, and partner with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases

2. LMS & Credit Product Design

• Lead the systematic design of BNPL, personal credit, merchant financing, and other credit products, ensuring effective implementation within the LMS
• Own LMS version evolution and ecosystem maintenance; produce high-quality PRDs and prototypes, and orchestrate cross-functional delivery

3. System Architecture Governance & Capability Building

• Develop deep mastery of the technical architecture and functional modules of both the decision engine and LMS; continuously optimize system capabilities based on TNGD business needs
• Build reusable, externally-deployable product assets that improve system stability, scalability, and business enablement

Role Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or the credit/lending domain

Core Competencies (Required)

• End-to-end experience designing, iterating, and launching credit core systems (Decision Engine + LMS), with concrete project case studies
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle and the fundamentals of risk management; hands-on familiarity with big-data risk control, intelligent underwriting, and related technologies in production
• Proven ability to abstract complex business and technical capabilities into product architecture; comfortable leading executive-level conversations and resolving complex cross-functional issues

Nice to Have

• Experience with externalizing fintech capabilities (B2B / SaaS) or supporting pre-sales solutions
• Experience with cross-border, overseas expansion, or multi-scenario financial ecosystem products
