- The Product Manager for Cybersecurity will play a critical role in driving the strategy, development, and success of cybersecurity product under your portfolio.
- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (Principal, Partners, Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, Operation, Renewal) to define product market opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving challenges in the cybersecurity landscape.

Product Manager's Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Planning & Execution
- Assist in the creation and execution of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services, aiming to meet agreed vendor revenue targets.
- Business forecasting and planning for product groups with vendors to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Develop a profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning and revenue growth.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Support
- Implement sales enablement programs for CSP Global and partners to optimize sales efforts.
- Carry out marketing programs to support product group objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide pricing and tender documents to the sales team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Ensure partners are up-to-date with product information, introducing new products and their features to help them stay current.
Market & Customer Insights
- Develop an understanding of markets, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive informed decision-making.
- Work with partners to conduct product presentations that align with end-users business needs.
- Understand partners business direction and ensure that the product strategy aligns with their goals.
- Assist in identifying use cases for cybersecurity implementation, helping partners understand how our solutions address specific challenges.
Principal & Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop operational-level vendor relationships, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with partners to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation and growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the business and increase market reach.
- Support the sales team to ensure they are performing optimally for the relevant product group.
Sales Process Management & Execution
- Manage new and existing partners to increase product sales, ensuring revenue growth.
- Take a consultative approach in handling the sales cycle, including proposal development, particularly for end-users.
- Engage C-level executives and technically inclined audiences, ensuring that the sales pitch resonates with both business leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure they are well-versed in the product group and have the necessary certifications to support sales efforts.
- Maintain sales process knowledge, including proposals, pipeline management, and partner engagement, to recommend remedial actions when needed.
Continuous Learning & Self-Development
- Be self-driven to continually upskill through online learning and acquire necessary certifications within the onboarding process and ongoing development.
- Ensure ongoing professional development to stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales processes.
Reporting & Commercial Decision Support
- Provide various reports to support commercial decision-making and program development.
- Ensure that sales strategies are aligned with commercial objectives by providing accurate data and insights for better business decisions.
Product Leadership & Performance Optimization
- Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, and pipeline management to ensure product leadership.
- Recommend remedial actions when necessary to optimize partner engagement and sales performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
