Product Manager - eCommerce Operations (2027 Graduate)

• Identify and develop product enhancements to improve the buyer experience, particularly across order processing and purchase interactions
• Understand business requirements, operational workflows and user challenges to identify opportunities for product and process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, design and business stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions
• Analyse user behaviour, product performance and business metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Work with relevant teams to gather feedback, assess product outcomes and refine features based on data and user insights
• Manage product initiatives from requirements gathering and planning through development, implementation and post-launch evaluation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish priorities, manage project timelines and ensure product deliverables are completed effectively

• Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with strong academic credentials. Candidates who are currently pursuing their Bachelor's Degree should be expected to graduate by Jul 2027, and all candidates must be able to join us by Aug 2027
• Candidates who meet the above requirements and are currently pursuing a Master's Degree or above must be able to join us on a full-time basis by Aug 2027. A Master's Degree or above is advantageous but not required
• Prior experiences in product management, data analytics, or data-driven roles, internship or full-time
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate problems systematically and develop data-informed solutions
• Ability to understand business processes, operational requirements and user needs, and translate them into actionable product improvements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and backgrounds
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders and work towards project deadlines
