As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Product Manager (Growth & Commercial) with a passion for product-led growth and go-to-market execution in B2B Data/SaaS environments.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, experience in pricing and packaging, and a track record of driving revenue growth—ready to own acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels for Handshakes Data & AI offerings across ASEAN markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Own product-led growth strategy: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
- Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases across ASEAN markets.
- Define and optimize pricing, packaging, and commercial models for B2B Data/SaaS offerings, especially AI/ML-powered products.
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and improve conversion.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the RegTech/KYB/KYC space to inform product positioning.
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to prioritize growth initiatives and feature development.
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation, content strategy, and positioning for target segments.
- Manage product P&L metrics: revenue, ARR growth, churn, NRR, and customer acquisition cost.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 3–7 years of product management experience with a growth or commercial focus.
- Proven track record in B2B Data/SaaS product growth (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization).
- Experience with go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging for B2B Data/SaaS products.
- Strong data literacy: comfort with analytics tools, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
- Stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Experience in RegTech, compliance, KYB/KYC, or corporate data/intelligence is a strong plus; AI experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in ASEAN data and tech markets or multi-market product launches.
- Familiarity with data products, APIs, or data feed commercialization.
- Experience in pricing data or AI/ML-powered products.
* Work Arrangement - 3 days work in office on hybrid working as per company policy.
