What would you do
- To come up with detailed end-to-end product analysis key products within Financial Services (Lending).
- Understand the assigned overall product ecosystem and identify any interdependency with other related systems/project in order to make sound decisions & product tracking flow.
- Have clear understanding of the department's role in a product/project and able to work collectively with other business & tech units.
- Able to initiate & drive a project, raise IT request, and write product requirement documents (PRD).
- Responsible to do product PRD walkthrough with impacted stakeholders (Business Owners, Technology, Compliance, Risk, User Experience etc).
- Managing project and work hand in hand with Tech Division ensuring stakeholders stay up to date.
- Manage working group levels with IT PM to ensure all systems PICs progressing towards scheduled timeline.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, manage, and execute the product roadmap.
- Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Who should join us
- Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, Finance or related Professional Certification.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry
- Analytical skills and data oriented
- Passion towards product development
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed
- Experience in product management for Financial Services (Lending) will be an advantage
