Position : Product Manager - Mortgage
Location : Menara AmBank, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng
Job Responsibilities :-
- To Lead, direct and manage the mortgage portfolio to maximise profitability and meet budget.
- To work closely with Risk, Credit, Collections & Operations to drive growth, profitability and efficiency.
- To monitor, review, and track applications, approvals, rejects and cancellations
- To review and execute credit policies and mitigation to minimise risk to improve portfolio performance.
- To work with Finance & Risk to manage portfolio credit cost and losses.
- To conduct regular market analysis to ensure product remains relevant to meet customer&aposs need drive business growth.
- Managing internal stakeholders- retail credit, retail credit risk, operations , collection & recovery, sales channels etc.
- To liaise with credit review team and lending ops team on credit and operational issues.
- To engage sales channels on local area marketing activities and sales campaigns execution
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- To conduct business and day-to-day activities according to group&aposs compliance policies and procedures
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelors&apos degree in any field or equivalent banking industry experience.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in banking sector related to consumer products.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in retail banking product management.
