Product / Brand Manager

Role Purpose

The Product / Brand Manager is responsible for managing and growing distributed consumer brands under Beyond Daily's portfolio. This role acts as the key interface between brand principals and Beyond Daily's internal teams, ensuring brand strategies are effectively localised, executed, and translated into commercial results.

The position works closely with brand principals, and internally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to drive brand visibility, distribution, sell-through, and profitability across channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Principal & Brand Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand principals

Align principal brand strategies, guidelines, and objectives with local market execution

Coordinate with principals on marketing plans, promotions, launches, and performance reviews

Ensure compliance with brand standards, pricing structures, and agreed brand positioning

2. Brand & Product Planning

Develop annual and quarterly brand plans in collaboration with principals and internal stakeholders

Manage product portfolios, including SKU rationalisation, lifecycle management, and prioritisation

Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities

3. Go-To-Market & Execution

Translate principal brand strategies into effective local go-to-market plans

Work closely with Sales teams to support sell-in, promotions, and channel strategies

Develop product toolkits, presentations, and training materials for Sales

Coordinate product launches, activations, and campaigns with Marketing and principals

4. Commercial & Performance Management

Monitor brand performance including sales, margins, distribution, and promotional effectiveness

Analyse data and provide insights to optimise pricing, promotions, and product mix

Prepare forecasts, business cases, and post-campaign / post-launch reviews

Track marketing spend and ROI in alignment with agreed budgets

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales on trade programs, key account initiatives, and customer engagement

Work with Operations and Supply Chain on demand planning, inventory availability, and execution readiness

Collaborate with Marketing on brand communications, content, and in-market visibility

Manage external agencies and vendors where required

6. Brand Governance & Market Representation

Ensure consistent brand messaging, visuals, and execution across all channels

Act as the brand custodian in the local market

Represent Beyond Daily professionally in principal meetings, reviews, and negotiations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales growth and achievement versus targets by brand

Gross margin and contribution profitability

Distribution expansion and channel penetration

Effectiveness of promotions and campaigns

Successful execution of product launches and brand initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

Experience in brand management, product management, or commercial roles

Experience in FMCG distribution, consumer products, or principaldistributor environments

Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing

Experience managing external stakeholders or brand principals is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies
