We compile and maintain individual and business credit information to generate reports and scores to help businesses and consumers manage risk, make informed decisions, and achieve financial goals.

Beyond that, we are an information services and technology company specialising in big data analytics to support decision making in government, business, and finance.

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the charge in bringing Malaysia's credit space to greater heights.

We need a visionary who wants to redefine how credit information is utilized. You will be responsible for building the benchmarks of the future, creating high-performance data and AI platforms that set a new gold standard for transparency, accuracy, and innovation in the credit industry. You'll go from understanding a customer's unspoken pain points to architecting the operational processes that make a product successful at scale.

What You'll be Doing

• Spend time with financial institutions, enterprises, and stakeholders to distinguish between what they want and need to succeed.
• Prioritise initiatives and define requirements that move the needle for the entire ecosystem, ensuring we ship high-quality outcomes at high velocity with the Engineering and Data teams.
• Define a product vision that pushes the boundaries of the traditional credit bureau, introducing next-gen AI and data capabilities to the Malaysian market and beyond.
• Partner closely with Design to translate complex data into intuitive, world-class user experiences. You believe that even data-heavy credit platforms should be elegant and frictionless.
• Work with QA to define rigorous testing standards. In the credit space, data integrity isn't a nice to have, it's the foundation of our trust.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to define the end-to-end processes, support workflows, and internal systems required to run the product smoothly.

What We're Looking for

• 5+ years of experience shipping high-impact products, specifically those that involve complex data or regulated financial workflows.
• You don't just ship features, you solve problems. You obsess over the why before the how and measure success by user outcomes, not just release dates.
• Design-first advocate where you believe that powerful data should be accessible. You enjoy collaborating with designers to create interfaces that make complex credit insights feel simple and actionable.
• You can tell a compelling story about why a feature matters to a CEO, a developer, or a regulator.

Nice to have

• A strong understanding of how data pipelines and machine learning impact product performance.
• Prior work in credit reporting, fintech, core banking, or large-scale data aggregation.
• Experience scaling high-growth or consumer-facing applications
• Startup experience where you've had to wear multiple hats
• Comfort using AI tools to move faster and improve product documentation or discovery.
