Your Role in Our Mission

As the Product Manager for Operations Excellence at FNMarkets, you will define and drive the product vision within the trading and brokerage domain, ensuring seamless experience for our customers by automating operational workflows and creating exceptional tools for the internal stakeholders. By aligning business priorities, and regulatory requirements, you will lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-impact fintech solutions that strengthen our competitive advantage.

How You'll Make An Impact

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for assigned product areas
• Align product initiatives with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities through structured discovery and user research
  
  

Product Execution & Delivery

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time releases
• Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across operations and support teams
  
  

Performance & Compliance

• Define product success metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback
• Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in all product developments
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech and brokerage environments
• Sufficient technical literacy in AI technologies (e.g., Claude, agent frameworks) to distinguish feasible solutions from impractical ideas.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, database structures, and system architecture
• Experience applying data-driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano, or similar
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

• Strong commercial acumen — balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact
• Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering measurable product outcomes in high-growth settings
