Position: Senior Product Manager
Working Time: Mon - Friday,9am-6pm
Location: KPMG Tower Bandar Utama, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
| 1. Strategy Development & Business Growth |
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support banking product growth and revenue expansion.
- Support the development and enhancement of banking products, solutions, and value propositions.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies to improve product adoption and customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities for corporate banking segments.
- Support business expansion initiatives and strategic priorities for Laos banking operations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen product positioning and competitiveness.
| 2. Sales Strategy & Product Performance |
- Monitor and analyze banking product performance, customer behavior, market trends, and portfolio growth.
- Develop actionable recommendations to improve product penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Partner closely with sales, product, marketing and business teams to optimize product positioning and sales effectiveness.
- Support pricing strategy, product packaging, and promotional strategies to enhance market performance.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
| 3. Business Intelligence & Data Analysis |
- Conduct detailed portfolio analysis, profitability reviews, and business performance assessments.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, business forecasts, and strategic business insights for senior stakeholders.
- Identify business risks, operational gaps, and growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI-driven insights to improve decision-making processes and reporting efficiency.
| 4. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration |
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Operations, IT, and Business teams.
- Liaise with banking stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities, strategic initiatives and execution plans.
- Support senior management with strategic recommendations and business updates and performance reporting.
- Foster strong working relationships and effective communication across multiple business functions.
| 5. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence |
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across banking operations and SSC processes.
- Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal group policies, regulatory requirements, and banking governance standards.
- Promote best practices in operational governance, performance management, and service delivery.
- Contribute to digital transformation and process automation initiatives within the banking environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.
- Strong experience in SME banking, corporate banking, portfolio management, or banking product strategy.
- Proven skills in business analysis, sales planning, product performance management, sales planning and data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Tech-savvy, reporting/dashboard tools and familiar with AI or digital analytics tools is an added advantage.
