Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with NPD, R&D, Global Procurement, and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product development—from concept to commercialization—ensuring all launches align with Etika's coffee category strategy, consumer insights, and quality standards.
  • Define product positioning, value proposition, and innovation pipeline in line with market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape within the coffee category.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop compelling product messaging and ensure seamless translation into effective go-to-market and trade activation plans.
  • Work with Finance and Commercial Support teams to develop optimal pricing strategies, monitor product performance, and drive profitability through continuous analysis and optimization.
  • Act as the key coordinator across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and successful execution of all product initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies for the coffee portfolio.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and strategic projects as assigned, in line with business priorities and evolving category needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or product management roles, preferably within FMCG or the beverage category.
  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic product management role, with a strong track record of managing the full product lifecycle from concept through to commercialization.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and influence cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, performance analysis, and driving profitable growth.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital channels is an added advantage, especially in driving online product visibility and sales.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
