The Role

  • Lead products through every stage of the pharmaceutical lifecycle, from initial R&D and clinical trial coordination to regulatory approval and commercial launch.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for product pricing, market access, and competitive positioning to ensure long-term growth in a complex healthcare landscape.
  • Serve as the central hub between R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams to align technical development with commercial business goals.
  • Conduct continuous market analysis and gather feedback from healthcare professionals (HCPs) to refine value propositions and identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Responsible for the financial health of the product portfolio, including budget management, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis.

The Experience

  • Led brand strategy for (Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Orthopedics) products, increasing market share by 15% through targeted HCP campaigns.
  • Partnered with Regulatory and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant, high-impact product launches and lifecycle updates.
  • Managed Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to drive clinical advocacy and secure hospital formulary wins.
  • Executed data-driven marketing plans that boosted prescription volume within one fiscal year.
  • Optimized product positioning by analyzing competitor dynamics and patient trends in the therapeutic landscape.
