What would you do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and analysis to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and write clear PRDs aligned with business and customer needs.
  • Work closely with Technology, UX, Commercial, Compliance, Risk, Finance, BI, QA, and Customer Care teams to deliver product initiatives.
  • Manage product dependencies and communicate roadmap changes with clear impact assessment.
  • Drive project execution in partnership with engineering and IT PMs to meet delivery timelines.
  • Define and track product performance metrics, conduct post-implementation reviews, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluate product enhancement requests and identify new opportunities based on market and customer insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Who should join us

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital product management, fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments.
  • Experience in Remittance, Visa, Insurance, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into product decisions.
  • Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for building products and delivering customer value.
