Product Manager
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | On-site (5 days), 9am 6pm
We are seeking a Product Manager for our client, a leading provider of B2B procurement and e-invoicing solutions. This role will drive the development of competitive, compliant e-Procurement and e-Invoicing products tailored for regional markets, including Singapore and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap Management
- Lead and manage the product roadmap to achieve business objectives and maintain market competitiveness
- Ensure regulatory compliance while enhancing products through customer feedback and market insights
Product Design & Development
- Drive timely delivery of product initiatives in close collaboration with engineering and design teams
- Develop scalable, user-friendly, and compliant solutions to support product growth and market expansion
Product Ownership
- Monitor and analyze product performance for Singapore and Malaysia markets
- Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to gather feedback and support go-to-market efforts
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation and reporting
- Perform additional duties as required to support product and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 35 years of product management experience, preferably in e-Procurement, e-Invoicing, fintech, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to bridge business and technical requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in product roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital invoicing standards
- Basic technical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based SaaS products.
