Product Manager – Trading (AI-Native)

The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead trading products in futures, copy trading, and quantitative trading. You will partner with engineering and quantitative strategy teams to deliver features that experienced traders truly value — from improved execution and risk controls to smarter, more intuitive UX.

This is not an AI product position. It is a trading PM role for someone who already uses AI as a natural part of their daily workflow — drafting product specs, challenging assumptions, analyzing user behavior, or scanning the competitive landscape. If you still handle all of that manually, this role is likely not for you.

What You'll Do

• Drive the product roadmap for futures, copy trading, and quant trading features
• Work closely with engineering and trading teams to enhance execution logic, liquidation models, risk frameworks, and copy trading mechanics
• Write specifications, analyze user behavior, and stress-test edge cases — using any tools (including AI) that help you move faster
• Measure post-launch performance: latency, slippage, fill rates, follower returns, and user feedback
• Continuously monitor what competing exchanges are launching and understand the strategic rationale behind their moves

What We're Looking For

• Prior product management experience at a crypto exchange, trading desk, or DeFi protocol
• Deep understanding of order books, matching engines, risk controls, and API infrastructure
• Practical experience with spot, futures, or options trading products; a quantitative background is a plus
• A proven habit of integrating AI into your daily product workflow — be prepared to explain how during the interview process
• Crypto industry experience is mandatory

Nice to Have

• Past experience building or shipping AI-powered products (in any domain — not necessarily trading-related)
