Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Doctoral degree (PhD) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Professional Certifications & Training

Candidates should possess relevant professional certifications and/or specialized training in one or more of the following areas:

Digital product lifecycle management and digital product strategy.
Digital product development, solution design, and delivery.
User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
Digital platforms, digital transactions, and service reliability.
Cybersecurity, information security, and data protection.
Data governance, digital compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Digital risk management and technology governance.
Customer experience (CX), service design, and digital transformation.
Innovation, emerging technologies, and future foresight.
Strategic planning, organizational leadership, and performance management.
Policy development, governance, and decision-making.
