Role Purpose
The Product Marketing Executive supports the Product Manager in communicating product value to both business clients and end consumers through strategic research, creative messaging, and campaign execution. The role contributes to product positioning, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and data-driven campaign optimization to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Interpret data to support product positioning and strategic recommendations.
Product Positioning & Messaging
Assist in developing compelling product messaging that differentiates products in the market.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.
Go-To-Market Strategy
Support cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Assist in identifying effective channels and tactics to reach the target audience.
Content Creation
Produce marketing collateral such as product guides, brochures, digital content, presentations, website copy and others relevant material.
Sales Enablement
Support the sales team with product training, presentation content, and selling tools.
Develop documentation on product benefits, usage, and features.
Campaign Management
Execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness, leads, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend corrective actions.
Customer Feedback Integration
Collect and analyze customer feedback to support improvements in product features and marketing communication.
Collaborate with product development teams to align improvements with user needs.
Metrics & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for the supervisor.
Role Requirements
Education / Academic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or healthcare-related fields (e.g., Pharmacy, Nutrition, Dietetics).
Fresh graduates with strong interest in product marketing are encouraged to apply.
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or healthcare-related fields preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical, wellness, or medical product marketing is an added advantage.
Language Skills
-English & Malay
-Mandarin is an added advantage
IT Skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with data analysis tools or marketing platforms is an added advantage.
