Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Intellect's products are positioned, launched, and adopted across enterprise customers and their employees.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Client Success, and is responsible for translating product capabilities into clear value narratives, launch plans, and enablement that drive member adoption, client confidence, and long-term renewals.

You will play a critical role in shaping how Intellect goes to market as we scale our enterprise footprint across Asia-Pacific and beyond, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and structure is still being built.

What You'll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Own end-user and buyer-facing positioning for Intellect's product suite, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across markets and segments.
  • Develop and maintain core messaging frameworks, value propositions, and use-case narratives for enterprise, mid-market, and SME clients.
  • Partner closely with Product to translate roadmap priorities into clear customer value stories, even when product direction is evolving.

Product Launch & Enablement

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain launch playbooks, including messaging, internal enablement, client-facing assets, and success metrics.
  • Own the cadence and structure for product updates to Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams in a dynamic product environment.

Client Enablement & Adoption

  • Develop client-facing toolkits and playbooks that support onboarding, internal launches, engagement campaigns, and renewals.
  • Act as a thought partner to Client Success, advising on member engagement strategies, internal campaigns, webinars, and education programs.
  • Partner with Lifecycle / CRM teams to support member activation and ongoing engagement through coordinated campaigns.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of:
  • Employee mental health and wellbeing trends
  • Enterprise HR, benefits, and EAP buyer needs
  • Competitive positioning and category evolution
  • Surface customer and usage insights back to Product and Marketing to inform roadmap, messaging, and prioritisation.

Who You Are

  • 35 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or GTM roles, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, HR tech, or employee benefits
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to create clarity, structure, and momentum in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills able to translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives
  • Strong project management and execution discipline, even when processes are still evolving
  • Analytical and insight-driven, with the ability to use data to inform decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mental health, healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market B2B sales cycles
  • Familiarity with lifecycle or engagement platforms (e.g. MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap, or similar)
  • Experience supporting broker-led or partner-influenced GTM motions
