Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Planning
- Define and set the overall sales strategy for assigned product categories
- Ensure product launch readiness and manage long-term business planning
Category Performance Management
- Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets for the product category
- Drive portfolio decisions to identify market opportunities and develop product launch and lifecycle strategies
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
Commercial Execution
- Lead commercial discussions and ensure channel readiness
- Drive product sell-in, sales orders (SO), sell-through, and execution across channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Experience in product planning and delivery management within the electronics industry
- Sales experience is an added advantage
- Strong data analysis capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Sharp judgment and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities
- Highly driven with strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues and clients
