Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Planning

  • Define and set the overall sales strategy for assigned product categories
  • Ensure product launch readiness and manage long-term business planning

Category Performance Management

  • Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets for the product category
  • Drive portfolio decisions to identify market opportunities and develop product launch and lifecycle strategies

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making

Commercial Execution

  • Lead commercial discussions and ensure channel readiness
  • Drive product sell-in, sales orders (SO), sell-through, and execution across channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Experience in product planning and delivery management within the electronics industry
  • Sales experience is an added advantage
  • Strong data analysis capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Sharp judgment and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities
  • Highly driven with strong execution and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English, able to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues and clients
