Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and task prioritization for Agile delivery.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, managing expectations and dependencies.
• Review and optimize business processes, identifying improvements and new feature opportunities.
• Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  
  

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Candidate Should Have

• At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner in financial services or insurance.
• Proven track record in delivering and enhancing business system applications.
• Strong experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Analytical, conceptual thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adaptable to change.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital, Technology, or related field; Agile certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
