Job Description

Product Marketing Executive

To manage the all the product portfolio from end-to-end, and be responsible for positioning products for success, supporting the sales team with pricing and tools, and working closely with the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team to drive demand through online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute new product launches and end-of-life (EOL) strategies, including pricing, content & messaging, and positioning.
  • Responsibility for the product creation, updates, and management of all product data and pricing in the systems.
  • Provide ad-hoc pricing analysis and special pricing support to the sales team to facilitate deal closures.
  • To assist, implement and monitor all marketing programs to support the product sales performance and meet the overall business objectives.
  • Prepare product and campaign memos, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and update product listings on the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage digital marketing activities, including product landing pages, social media, contents, ads, videos, and email blasts.
  • Prepare and create relevant marketing collateral materials such as brochures / flyers, sales kit, sales proposal template, and etc
  • Ensure consistent supply of latest product brochures in both soft and hardcopy formats.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends (e.g., IDC data), and market dynamics to ensure our product positioning and pricing remains competitive.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing events and activities.
  • Other task/s as and when assigned by the company.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in product marketing. Experience in B2B environment is added advantage.
  • Have some basic knowledge in content & digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
