Our client is a fast-growing Insurtech group delivering digital insurance solutions across Southeast Asia and Australia. Working with a network of 40+ carriers, they provide embedded insurance, tailored employee benefits, car renewal programs, financial advisory and other digital-first products to more than 5 million customers with over US$4 billion in sum insured.
They're looking for a Senior Product Manager (Commercial & Personal Lines) to own end-to-end product strategy and execution from coverage design and pricing frameworks to partner integrations and insurer alignment. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team in a high-velocity, partner-led environment where speed, regulatory rigour and commercial outcomes are equally critical. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build practical, scalable insurance products that reach market quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end product ownership across commercial lines (e.g., All Risk, Cyber) and personal lines (e.g., Extended Warranty, Travel). You'll define coverage, pricing guardrails and scalability for digital distribution.
- Translate partner needs into viable, compliant insurance propositions by working tightly with Partnership Managers and insurer partners.
- Set and manage rating frameworks and pricing disciplines balancing competitiveness, loss-ratio management and underwriting appetite.
- Be the primary liaison between insurers and distribution partners: align on product design, policy terms and post-launch enhancements.
- Monitor performance and iterate: use data and commercial insight to optimise products, accelerate rollout and de-risk portfolios.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on insurance experience across both Commercial and Personal Lines.
- Demonstrable track record in insurance broking, product design or underwriting with examples of products or programmes you helped launch.
- Strong commercial instincts, analytical rigor and comfort with pricing frameworks and loss-ratio thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented, pragmatic and collaborative you get things done, and you learn from outcomes.
