Product Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor cloud architectures for customers, ensuring smooth deployment and project execution.
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients and Tencent Cloud's backend teams, turning customer needs and best practices into practical solutions.
• Oversee and deliver POCs and migration projects while maintaining alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Offer technical guidance, troubleshooting, and consultation, collaborating with sales teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Provide post-sales technical support for premium customers, including occasional weekend or public holiday shifts based on a rotation schedule.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in public cloud, CDN, or cloud security.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in both English and Chinese to work effectively with regional and China-based teams.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, scripting languages, and project management methodologies is a plus.
