Responsibilities:
- Design and customize cloud solutions for customers, ensuring seamless implementation and project delivery.
- Act as the technical bridge between customers and Client Cloud's backend teams, translating customer requirements and industry best practices into actionable solutions.
- Monitor, oversee, and deliver both POCs and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
- Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting and advisories, collaborating with sales teams to drive customer engagement and cloud adoption.
- Standby for post-sales technical support requests from our premier customers, may need to work in some weekends and/or public holidays on a roster basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in public cloud, CDN and/or cloud security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with regional and China-based stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI, scripting language development, and project management skills are preferred.
