Job responsibilities (Product Specialist)
- Understand clients needs and tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Implement action plans to achieve sales targets & objectives on assigned areas.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide product updates, conduct presentations, & demonstrations and supports.
- Address client's inquiries, concerns & technical issues promptly & effectively.
- Maintain records of activities, forecasts and analysis for management review.
Job responsibilities (Application Scientist)
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support ensuring effective resolution of issues and delivering reliable assistance to both internal teams and external clients.
- Proven experiences in real-time PCR, NGS, flow cytometry, cell culture, and related applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your Distinctive Traits
- Degree, Masters, PhD in Biotechnology, Immunology, Biomedical, Science or related.
