In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting cutting-edge products within your assigned portfolio. We are hiring Product Specialists (remote work arrangement) to be based at:
- Johor (preferably Johor Bahru/Batu Pahat) x 1
- Penang Island x 2
- Perak x 2
What You Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand your product portfolio, increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate your portfolio's medical equipment to healthcare professionals and patients, showcasing the benefits and applications of the products.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and pre-call planning to post-sales follow-up, ensuring that your portfolio achieves consistent sales growth and market penetration.
- Gather competitor insights and market trends to support the sales team in developing strategies that will position your portfolio effectively in the market.
- Engage with hospitals, operating theatres, patients, depending on your assigned portfolio, to promote the adoption and effective use of your products.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Science, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry. Experience in your ENT, neuro, respiratory care or sleep solutions is beneficial.
- For Sleep portfolio, hands-on experience with sleep/respiratory care devices such as CPAP, bipap, polysomnography machine is an advantage.
- For ENT-neuro portfolio, direct experience selling surgical device and experience attending cases in OT is highly preferred.
- Passionate about sales, highly motivated, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to healthcare professionals.
- You work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment, taking initiative to drive success.
