JOB SUMMARY
The Product Executive providesadministrative and coordination supportto the Business Development (BD) team. This role ensures smooth operations by handling documentation, reporting, and follow-ups related to BD activities, while assisting in product-related administrative tasks to support the company's growth objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the BD team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain and update product information, pricing sheets, and sales materials.
- Support the team in coordinating with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timely execution of BD activities.
- Track and update BD pipeline records, client lists, and product performance reports.
- Handle documentation for contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Provide follow-up support with clients when needed (emails, documentation, updates).
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to support BD initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 12 years experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (fresh graduates with internship exposure will be considered).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills (written & spoken).
- Team player with proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Administrative excellence organized, systematic, and reliable in handling BD documentation and support tasks.
- Adaptability comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Collaboration able to work with multiple departments and support team goals.
