Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification majoring in Sports Science/ Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or any other relevant fields
- Possess own transport
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- 1-3 years of related working experience in the sales function, training, products knowledge, medical devices and physiotherapy is required for this position
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the point of contact for clients, resolve problems and handle requests in a timely manner
- Provide in-depth product knowledge for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports science equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and basic clinical support for customers.
- Support sales representatives during customer visits, presentations, and tenders.
- Assist in product installation, setup, and user training when required.
- Stay updated with new features and product launches, actively participate in product training/workshops/ events
- Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Submit weekly complete reports to the manager
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and public speaking abilities
- Ability to understand and explain clinical/technical product information
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports equipment.
- Comfortable conducting product demos and basic training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer requests professionally
- Able to travel for customer visits, demos, or installations when required.
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Well-organised with good attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, basic data entry)
