We seek a driven Product Specialist to promote our minimally invasive medical devices within Malaysia. You'll partner with surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and clinical staff to drive product adoption, achieve sales targets, and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Exceed quarterly/annual quotas for assigned territory through new account acquisition and existing account penetration.
- Clinical Expertise: Master product knowledge, clinical applications, and competitive landscape to provide consultative solutions.
- Key Account Management: Build strategic relationships with operators, nurses, hospital procurement teams, and KOLs.
- Case Coverage: Provide in-procedure technical support and troubleshooting.
- Market Intelligence: Analyse territory data, track competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to MDA regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven ability to navigate complex hospital procurement processes.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling in Cardiology field.
- Existing relationships with key accounts in the territory.
- Clinical background (RN, RT, etc.) or advanced degree.
