Product Specialist (Telesales)

About the Role

We are looking for a sales-driven and customer-focused Personal Lines Sales Executive to join our team.

You will be responsible for promoting general insurance products to banking customers through outbound telemarketing, while also handling inbound enquiries and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with bank-provided leads through outbound telemarketing .
• Convert leads into sales by understanding customers needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and confidently.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and other communication channels .
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth policy fulfilment and customer onboarding.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual and business sales targets .
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and sales quality.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / O Levels / N Levels / NITEC or equivalent.
• Candidates with a Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will have an added advantage.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills .
• Confident and persuasive communication style.
• Sales-driven, motivated and comfortable with telemarketing.
• Positive can-do attitude with a strong willingness to achieve targets.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, insurance, banking or customer service is an advantage.

• Other personal lines insurance products
