Job Description
Tiance Research Sdn. Bhd., a certified Solar PV System Provider registered with SEDA Malaysia, is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist located in WP Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for :
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing professional product advice
- Analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights
- Supporting sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Perform sales and marketing via online and offline.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales. Engineering background is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Proven customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Sales support skills to assist in customer engagement and target achievement
- Proactive mindset with strong problemsolving abilities
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) is required to liaise with Mandarinspeaking clients
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or Mass Communication.
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong advantage
