Job Description
- Position: Production Support Analyst
- Location: Puchong, Malaysia
- Experience: Minimum 3 years, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Key expertise: Strong knowledge of DXC Assure/Integral applications (Integral/Life, Pathfinder, Insights, Product Engine, etc.)
- Technical environment: AS/400, COBOL, CL, Query/400, SQL and application production support
- Responsibilities: L1 production support, application health checks, monitoring, incident troubleshooting, maintenance and user access administration
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract duration: Expected to be at least 1 year, with a potential hire option after 12 months
