Product Trainer Home Appliances & Electrical

Visionary Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Product Trainer to join our growing team. This position is suitable for someone who is product-oriented and passionate about training and knowledge sharing.

Job Description :

• Plan, develop and maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials requirements.
• Conduct onboarding training session for new hires.
• Requires visiting retail outlets to work closely with the Sales Team and Product Specialist on a regular basis.
• Ensure teams develop their sales skills and product knowledge, provide excellent customer service and represent our brand in the best possible way.
• Check on Product Specialist (Promoters) interaction with customers, to identify areas of improvement.
• Work closely with recruitment agencies for Product Specialist/Promoters hiring.
• Conduct group interview for shortlisted candidates.
• Lead a team of Product Specialist that station at different outlets. And arrange manpower whenever required especially for Road Show and Events.
• Weekly report on Sales from daily Promoters sales.
• Check on Promoters punctuality, manage attendance promoters and work performance.
• Must have high attention to details with minimum supervision.
• And any other tasks from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
• Certification from talent and training associations will be an added advantage.
• Minimum with 1-2 years working experience in similar position. Those who have sales experience will be a plus.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook) and instructional software.
• Must have ability to train and present materials well to the team in the company.
• Strong Training and Supervisory skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with all levels of management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
• Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Willing to travel for outlets visit.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
