Job Responsibilities :

As a Product UAT Intern, you will embark on a product development internship that offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic Fintech payment environment. You will acquire practical knowledge in testing, validating, and optimizing software products to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and execute UAT plans, document test cases, identify issues, and verify that product features function as intended. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between user expectations and technical implementation by simulating real-world usage scenarios and providing feedback on usability, functionality, and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in identifying improvements and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Draft comprehensive product UAT test cases based on product requirements and user scenario.

• Conduct UAT testing sessions to ensure the product outcomes delivers & meets business and user needs.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to understand product functionality and testing requirements.

• Document and report any defects or issues identified during testing.

• Assist in the preparation of UAT test plans and schedules.

• Participate in review meetings to discuss test results and provide feedback.

• Ensure all testing activities are completed within the project timelines.

Pre-Requisites :

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of software development and testing processes.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with UAT processes and tools is a plus.

• Able to commit around 4 to 6 months period for this internship.
