Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Documentation Support

  • Prepare and maintain production-related documents such as work orders, purchase requests, and inventory records.
  • Update production reports, scheduling sheets, and daily output tracking.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

2. Production Coordination

  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors, warehouse staff, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor job progress and escalate issues to the relevant personnel when needed.

3. Inventory & Materials Management

  • Track raw materials, consumables, and finished goods inventory.
  • Work closely with procurement to reorder supplies based on usage patterns and stock levels.
  • Record stock movements in the system accurately.

4. Communication & Support

  • Serve as a liaison between production, quality control, logistics, and other departments.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding production status, documentation, and related matters.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing minutes and following up on action items.

5. Compliance & Quality Support

  • Assist in ensuring production processes align with company SOPs and quality requirements.
  • Support documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum requirements are as follows:

Degree in Engineering or Science

At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment

Immediate starters are highly preferred
