Production and Material Planner (Semiconductor / Pasir Gudang)

• Review contract quantities and delivery timelines to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare client quotations and verify invoicing notices prepared by team members.
• Monitor material logistics based on production capacity, plans, and shipping schedules. Develop and update monthly procurement plans.
• Facilitate coordination between departments during the production process to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory and materials, including handling defective items and ensuring proper scrapping processes to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Keep track of production status and adjust plans as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with external vendors.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve production goals.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies during production activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in production planning, material management, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language is required. Understanding Japanese is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards.
• Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
