- Operate the batching process according to the daily plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Prepare additives and plan daily batching schedule based on planner's instructions.
- Monitor batching machinery and maintain cleanliness in line with 5S standards.
- Load tankers when loading staff are unavailable.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and coordinate with Engineering for machine issues.
- Follow safety rules and wear proper PPE when required.
- Ensure correct flour is discharged into tankers and specific storage bins.
- Record and monitor production data accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC, Halal, and ISO 22000 requirements.
- Support and participate in food safety and quality assurance activities.
- Guide team member to follow SOPs for both routine and non-routine tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Fresh graduate Diploma or Certificate in mechanical or any engineering.
- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
- Understanding of SOPs, safety practices, and quality systems.
