Production Assistant / Producer to help us elevate our research writing, content and video outputs. This role involves content research, set preparation, quality control, and other essential tasks. If you're detail-oriented with a knack for quality assurance, we'd love to have you on board!
Job Description
Research Writing & Presentation Slides Design
- Conduct research to support content review and presentation development, ensuring materials are informative and engaging.
- Write and edit research-driven content and ensure all written content is clear, concise, and aligned with the brand's tone.
- Develop and design engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate ideas and data.
Video Quality Control (QC)
- Review video for consistency, accuracy, and quality, including checking transitions, animations, and synchronization.
- Proofread scripts, captions, on-screen text to ensure accuracy.
- Provide detailed feedback to editors to ensure videos meet project and brand standards.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and stakeholders to align visuals with written content.
- Flexible and willing to take on any other tasks or responsibilities that the Director may require.
Requirements
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in Journalist / Editor / Designer / Video production.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin writing is a must for bilingual content creation.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Familiarity with Keynote and PowerPoint is essential.
- Basic skills of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or video editing software such as After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Interest in Chinese Metaphysics (Fengshui, Bazi, Qimen etc).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or knowledge of live production will be an advantage.
Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
