Production Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Process Management

Manage daily production operations, mainly focusing on the barrel polishing process.

Monitor production progress, quality, and delivery schedules based on production plans.

Identify issues in the production process and implement improvement activities.

Maintain stable production operations and improve production efficiency.

Handle equipment maintenance and related tasks.

2. Quality Control & Defect Improvement

Investigate and analyze defective products and quality issues occurring during production.

Identify root causes of defects and develop and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Implement improvement activities to stabilize product quality and reduce defect rates.

Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to resolve quality issues.

3. Productivity & Process Improvement

Propose improvements to enhance production efficiency and productivity.

Review and improve working methods and manufacturing processes.

Conduct continuous improvement activities to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.

Identify issues on the production floor and implement corrective actions.

4. Production Staff Management & Training

Provide work instructions to production staff and monitor their progress.

Provide technical guidance and training to production staff.

Handle issues and problems arising on the production floor.

Take on management responsibilities within the production department in the future.

MUST TO HAVE:

-Working experience in the manufacturing industry.

-Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.

-Ability to solve problems and carry out improvement activities on the production floor.
