Production Chemist

Job Requirements:

Plan shifts and align with other shift leads;

• Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up
  
  

with all team members.

• Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending)
  
  

activities within the respective shifts.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts.
• Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work.
• Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
  
  

Job qualification/experience

• Degree in Science / Chemistry / Biotechnology / or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in production / laboratory and/or R&D environment.
• Strict compliance to chemicals standards and guidelines.
• Organized in documentation.
• Able to supervise and train production workers.
• Good knowledge in the act of quality, safety, environmental and health.
• Good teamplayer and able to work independently.
